Healthy Meals for Growing Preschoolers

We provide healthy and organic nutrition to support your child's physical and cognitive development. Throughout the day there are three nutritious snack-times and one balanced lunch. An example of our menu is:

• Morning Snack - Cinnamon raisin bread and milk
• Lunch - Steamed broccoli and hummus wraps
• Afternoon Snack - Broccoli trees with ranch, cheese squares
• 5 PM Snack - Apple slices and Sunbutter

We can accommodate various dietary restrictions, and request that you communicate those before classes begin.
